I have over 7 years’ experience in technology and change recruitment, I bring more than 2 years of specialist experience working across the insurance desk, where I developed a deep understanding of the change market within the sector. After a short hiatus last year, I’m excited to be back, reconnecting with top talent and supporting clients across the insurance change space.
Why did you join IPS?
I joined IPS Group because of its strong reputation within the market and its clear commitment to delivering high-quality, specialist recruitment solutions. The collaborative culture and focus on building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates really stood out to me, and I’m excited to be part of a team that shares my values and approach.
What are your interests outside of work
Outside of work, I enjoy watching a wide range of sports, particularly football and horse racing. I also play golf-though not to the highest standard and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
