    This market leading Third Party Pension Administrator and Consulting specialist is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their pensions administration team. This role involves delivering excellent service to clients and members, mentoring junior colleagues, and acting as a point of expertise on complex cases.

    *REMOTE WORKING CONSIDERED FOR EXPERIENCED SENIOR ADMINISTRATORS*

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle member and client queries on DB & DC pension schemes.
    • Check and review work from junior team members.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support to colleagues.
    • Step in for the Team Leader when needed.
    • Contribute to projects, complaints handling, and process improvements.

    Requirements:

    • You MUST have a solid experience in DB & DC pensions administration (min. 3 years at Senior Admin level).
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to coach and mentor others.
    • High accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Confident IT user.
