If you have experience in an office or call centre environment and want more ownership and more meaningful conversations, this role offers exactly that.
You will manage your own group of clients, many of whom own multiple vehicles and value a high standard of personal service. These clients often have broader needs, including commercial insurance, which you will identify and pass on to the commercial division as appropriate.
Your responsibilities will include handling renewals, supporting adjustments, answering queries and identifying opportunities to improve your clients’ protection. You will have time to build relationships and deliver a personalised service rather than working in a high volume environment.
A minimum of two years of telephone based, office based or call centre experience is required. If you want variety, responsibility and progression, this role will suit you well.
