You will manage a warm portfolio of clients, supporting them with renewals, adjustments, queries and general guidance. You will also identify gaps in cover and recommend suitable solutions when appropriate. Clients are already engaged with the business, allowing you to focus on a personal, proactive service rather than cold calling.
To be considered, you must have a minimum of two years of experience working on the telephone or within an office or call centre environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work within regulated processes are essential.
