Lead Pension Administrator – Annual Events and Projects
We’re recruiting a proactive Lead Pension Administrator to join a specialist Annual Events & Projects team, delivering high-quality Defined Benefit pension administration and ensuring accurate, timely scheme data.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead delivery of key scheme events (valuations, benefit statements, pension increases, annual allowance, GLA)
- Maintain and quality-check member and employer data
- Support, coach, and review work of junior team members
- Manage workloads to meet service levels and support day-to-day operations
- Identify process improvements and contribute to team development
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in Defined Benefit pensions and benefit calculations
- Confident supporting and coaching others
- Excellent organisation, communication, and prioritisation skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Pensions qualifications (CPC/DPA/CPA) desirable
