    Senior Governance and Secretariat Consultant

      £60000 - £75000 per annum, Benefits: Bonus & Package

    A chance to join a successful and fast expanding firm of trustees and consultants in their specialist Governance and Secretariat Services practice, working with an impressive portfolio of clients on both a retained and project basis. You will have a strong DB technical knowledge, ideally experience of dealing directly with clients and crucially experience as secretary to trustees.  You should combine technical and commercial acumen and be prepared to support senior Directors on complex cases as well as tackle client work single-handedly.
