Broker Development Manager – Commercial Insurance
IPS Group is working with a leading global insurer that’s looking to hire a Business Development Manager to help grow their presence in the UK commercial insurance market.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong broker relationships, has a commercial mindset, and wants to represent a well-known name in the industry.
You’ll take the lead on broker engagement across key regions, creating and delivering relationship strategies that support business growth. The role is a mix of new business generation and key account development, with a focus on commercial lines across a variety of sectors. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to deliver practical, value-driven solutions for clients. Face-to-face interaction is a big part of the role – whether that’s broker meetings, industry events, or collaborating with colleagues in regional offices.
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds – whether you’re already in a business development role at an insurer, a new business-focused underwriter, or a broker with strong new business experience. If you’ve got experience in the UK commercial insurance market, enjoy meeting people, and have a proactive, strategic approach, we’d love to hear from you.
