    Assistant Pension Manager – In House Pension Scheme

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join the in-house staff pension management team of a highly regarded ‘household name’.

    About the role

    Supporting the in-house Pension Manager to you be involved in:

    • Ensuring scheme governance is maintained to the highest standards
    • Managing and attending Trustee and Sub-Committee meetings
    • Supporting the Pension Manager in advising on strategy, regulatory and policy changes
    • Providing technical support to the scheme Trustees
    • Providing help and guidance to scheme members

    About you
    You will:

    • Have in-depth technical knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes
    • Have a strong understanding of UK pension legislation and associated governance requirements
    • Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Possess strong stakeholder management skills
    • Have experience of supporting Trustees including minute taking and monitoring/managing required actions through to completion
