Major international insurer seeks a Distribution Executive to work with the Group Head of Distribution to develop bespoke account plans, goals for agreed business partners. The fucus is identifying opportunities with brokers that align to the business plan for approval and implementation.
The on-going purpose of the role is to build and maintain effective long term relationships with business partners (internal and external). The distribution plans will be set with the additional aid of high quality data and analytics. The performance of agreed partners will be regularly analysed, with recommendations being given to drive profitable growth.
Ideally you will have gained previous experience in a relationship/front end engagement role. It will also be advantageous to have ability to;-
– manage multi area strategic projects
– produce accurate Analytics and reports
– to understand underwriting systems to allow for flexible approach to reporting
– be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
