Clem Boyne
Clem started her career as an Account Executive/Broker at a leading global brokers and following a few successful years, was offered an opportunity to join IPS Group as a consultant.
Over the years, she has specialised in the recruitment of graduates, junior underwriting and broking, marketing and HR specialty, having additionally managing both the administrative/operational and analytics desks.
Clem is now working as part of the wider underwriting division in partnership with Dana Hill and Clare Dye. Clem’s days are specifically spent on both underwriter and senior underwriter appointments across the London market.
Why did you join IPS?
IPS is about it’s people, that’s the foundation, if you find people you love to work with, the rest takes care of itself. Our recruiters are all so knowledgeable, professional, down to earth with great sense of humours. We have a diverse demographic, which I love, it really makes the office a great place to be!
What are your interests outside of work
Outside of work my time is spent ferrying my teenage kids to every sporting event known to man, dancing competitions throughout the UK, whilst also whizzing my lovely k-9’s around the fields!! If I manage to sit down by 9.30pm of an evening, you’ll find me ploughing my way through a list of Netflix, Prime or Apple TV series which gets longer by the day!!
