Sam Watson
Sam Watson works alongside the GI Director at IPS specialising on roles at all levels in Underwriting, Relationship Management, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing and Operations working with a wide range of Lloyd’s Syndicates and Insurance/Reinsurance Companies plus Regulators and Trade Associations.
Why did you join IPS: I have re-joined the IPS Group after my great experience throughout my university placement year. I worked for 5 months at the IPS group between my studies in which time I learnt a lot about recruitment and the insurance industry from the specialist consultants here at IPS. I really enjoyed this time due to the variety of work I was dealing with on a daily basis as well as the cultural environment of IPS which allowed me to progress and take on responsibility very quickly.
Interests outside of work: Enjoys playing golf and other sports and socialising with friends.
