Technical Business Analyst - Insurance - Permanent
Technical Business Analyst working for a leading Lloyd's Insurer based in the City of London. They are looking for someone to be the business interface for core external third party systems and internally developed systems. This role coordinates with external service providers and internal stakeholders, such as IT Infrastructure and Development Teams, Department Heads and Project Steering groups.
Main contact for the business users, particularly the super users / subject matter experts when it comes to incidents / bug fixes, changes, and follow-up projects.
Be the main coordinator and communicator between Global Users and the software / service provider, including all relevant internal stakeholders.
Learn the architecture, structure, and functionalities of core systems
Perform regular risk assessments of the outsourcing providers and their service levels
Conduct regular management meetings with the outsourcing providers to review service levels
Provide technical expertise on SQL Server, analysis services, and reporting services:
Experience in coordinating roles and strong communication skills
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Software Development skills
Some kind of commercial Insurance experience - mandatory
Lloyd's experience - desirable
Policy admin/document admin
