A fantastic opportunity to start a career in insurance in this claims administration role. This role is a great introduction for those who have not previously worked in a claims handling environment and it is an instrumental part of the claims process.
To provide support to the claims handling team by providing efficient administration back up. To ensure that accurate records are maintained and to set up new systems to facilitate this where necessary. To work as an integral part of the team, assisting as necessary according to changing priorities.
This is a great training ground' for those who may have limited claims / insurance knowledge but are keen to learn. It offers the opportunity to gently introduce them into claims handling roles and develop them into future claims handlers.
To be considered you must have a stable work history with administrative experience ideally from either the insurance, financial services or customer service industry.
