Well regarded, global insurance firm is seeking a Underwriting Support Manager to manage a team who provide administrative and technical support to the underwriting units throughout the UK and Europe. Your duties will include providing operational and technical leadership, monitor processes and find improvements where necessary, monitoring KPIs, build and maintain a quality control framework and much more.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in leadership gained from either a commercial and personal lines insurance background. In addition, a Degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
