A leading global insurance business has a rare opportunity to join their property claims department as a Commercial Property Claims Handler.
As a Commercial Property Claims Handler you will manage a caseload of property claims from first notification through to settlement whilst providing the best level of service throughout.
This is a customer facing role to efficiently manage a portfolio of property claims within prescribed service and technical standards. To agree the settlement of claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions and within your own authority levels, to ensure such settlements are achieved in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Where appropriate to undertake the recovery of our outlay from the third party insurer.
To be considered you will need to have existing property claims experience in a similar environment combined with first class customer service and client management experience.
The position will be working from home for the foreseeable future until the ongoing pandemic is resolved. You will be provided with full homeset up and support to do so.
I am responsible for all claims and personal lines recruitment across the Midlands regions ranging from junior level through to Company Director. Having worked in insurance for 11 years before moving into recruitment I have a good understanding of both candidate and clients requirements.
