Are you looking to develop your knowledge within Claims and in a specifc field? If so then this role might just be for you. A highly reputable and distinguished Claims Management Organisation are looking for a Claims Handler to join their growing and expanding Claims Team in Leeds.

Key duties/tasks include:

Deliver excellent customer service through positive and proactive claims management of own claims portfolio.
Strive towards reducing claim cycle times through effective end to end claims management.
Manage all claim administration aspects, from initial set-up of claim, through the investigation stage, completion of mitigation and finally repair stage of the claim.
Maintain excellent and proactive communication with all parties involved in claims, including customers, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
Ensure claims are managed in accordance with client and company philosophies, reporting in line with client requirements.

To be considered, you will need to have experience with either Subsidence, Property Claims however they will consider other areas within Claims.
