IPS Group are on the lookoput for a Service Desk Analyst / 1st 2nd Line Support for one of our major clients in the insurance industry.
Minimum 3 years expereience working in Insurance OR Financial Services within IT Support
Strong communication skills both written & verbal
Experience to go out to the business either in person or over Teams to help resolve IT issues. The IT Service Desk sits in an area of the office where they have full visibility, so as you can appreciate customer service skills is key!
