Senior Non-Natural Catastrophe Analyst
IPS are partnering with a leading specialty insurer who are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the team focused on Terrorism / Political Violence.
The successful candidate will be working closely with Underwriting teams on a portfolio level, to provide modelling analysis and key reports to help guide underwriting and strategic business decisions. You will play a key role in portfolio rollup and event response, as well as act as a main point of contact to translate and communicate modelling results for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be joining a highly collaborative and supportive team and will have the chance to help guide and mentor junior colleagues, making this a great opportunity to develop leadership skills.
To be considered for this opportunity:
- Terrorism / PV class modelling experience using a recognised vendor model
- Proficiency using tools such as SQL, Power BI, VBA is advantageous
- Ability to communicate ideas and results for both technical and non-technical audiences
