Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst – Cyber
IPS have partnered alongside a leading, Specialty (Re)insurance provider who are seeking a talented Catastrophe Analyst to join the team focusing on Cyber risk.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing key analysis to help guide Underwriting decisions and drive business performance across the Cyber portfolio. You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in helping streamline, develop, and automate internal tools and processes, enhancing the overall view of risk, as well as lead on model validation and projects on an ad-hoc basis. You will also have the chance to act as a mentor and guide junior analysts, making this a great opportunity for an ambitious analyst keen to develop managerial skills and qualities.
To be considered for this position:
- Have experience using a recognised vendor model with a focus on Cyber.
- Technical proficiency using software such as Python and R, as well as visualisation tools (Power BI, VBA) is highly desired.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
