A leading Insurance and financial services business based in Rugby seeks to hire an experienced Administrator to ensure the accurate administration and invoicing of Fee Protection schemes including the new schemes, renewal and adjustments.

You will work closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure excellent levels of customer service and insurance scheme handling.

Key duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Area Sales Managers.
  • Produce accurate, well-presented scheme documentation.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries from accountants, brokers and individual customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Accurately administer and invoice new and renewal schemes and addition of late subscribers within set deadlines.
  • Identify year by year scheme variations and ensure underwriting adjustments are made where necessary.
  • Provide Administrative support to Accountants and Brokers in making the insurance available to their clients.
  • Ensure advice, action and documentation is compliant with all appropriate regulation and legislation.
  • Answering the telephone within set service standards and directing calls to the appropriate teams within the Company.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.

To be considered you must be able to display strong administrative experience combined with good communication skills both verbally and written.

As the office is on a business park you will ideally drive, and free parking will be provided. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5 however for the right individual flexibility around this may be offered.

It is essential to display strong administration experience, this can however come from any environment where you have offered sales and administration support such as recruitment, accountancy, estate agents or law firms as well as many other environments.
