Due to continued new business growth, a brand new opportunity has arisen to join one of the industry’s leading consulting firms within their Governance and Pensions Secretariat Executive team for a Lead/Senior Consultant. This exciting new role will involve you working on a broad range of projects within a portfolio of high quality, household name clients, but also allow you to be involved in and influence the strategic direction and growth of the team.
In addition, you will have responsibility for managing and developing a small team of Consultants, helping them to ensure delivery of a high quality service to their own client portfolios.
The role can be based anywhere in the UK within reason, provided you have reasonable access to travel to London on a regular basis to attend client meetings (in a post-Covid environment).
The successful candidate will have a strong pensions background with excellent technical skills and a demonstrable background in client facing delivery. Previous experience of working within a governance and scheme secretarial environment is essential, as is people management experience.
Candidates will need to be strategic thinkers, with a commercial focus and the ability to contribute effectively to the development of new work.
