Pension Administration Operations Manager
A superb opportunity has come up for a Pension Administration Operations Manager to develop your career with an award-winning Pensions Specialist firm.
What will you be doing:
- Proactively managing and developing the Pension Administration teams
- Working on attracting and retaining the best talent in Pension Administration
- Working with clients on projects and ongoing relationship management
- Being involved in commercial development including input on tenders for new work
About you/your experience:
- Previous experience in a senior / head of Pension Administration Management
- Strong DB and DC technical knowledge
- A thorough, in-depth understanding of Pension Administration activities/functions
- Superb people and relationship management skills
- High levels of organisation and the ability to manage multiple aspects of work simultaneously
