One of the worlds’ largest Claims organisations are currently looking for experienced Liability Claims Handlers to join their busy office in Milton Keynes where you will work as part of a team to achieve business objectives whilst proactively handling claims to a highly professional standard.

General Background & Experience

  • Claims handling experience required.
  • Excellent customer service, organisational & communication skills.
  • Team player

As a Liability Claims Handler, you will accurately accept and process new instructions as far as competently possible. You will also ensure only claims covered by the insurance policy are paid, you will have Case ownership to deal with claims from beginning to end and Manage client instructions through the development of high-quality interpersonal skills and create good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case ownership – to deal with claim from beginning to end within an agreed authority level.
  • Full compliance with service criteria and claims handling instructions at all times.
  • Reviewing cases and workflow in a proactive manner and taking action to move claims forward, referring where necessary.
  • Works proactively to resolve claims.
