As an Insurance Customer Service Expert you will act as a key point of contact for customer’s that have purchased their insurance online.
All of the customer’s will have purchased an on board telematics system which will offer them a discounted rate of their insurance by monitoring their driving.
It will be your responsibility to validate customer’s policies to ensure that the details that they have supplied are accurate and valid.
You will then be a point of contact for the customer throughout the life of the policy. You will carry out any changes that need to be made and offer help with any potential policy queries to ensure the high level of service offered at the start of the process is offered throughout.
Their exciting product is continually evolving offering the customer and company a fluid product that is able to develop alongside technological advancements.
Customer service is a key part of the role as you need to continually offer an exceptional level of service to match the product that you are discussing.
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude with a desire to embrace continual change. Insurance experience is ideal, however all customer service experience from either a contact centre or customer focused environment will be considered.
