Are you data driven and have experience in Claims or auditing? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a Claims Controller to join an established Insurer in the City Centre of Leeds.
You will be responsible in the development and delivery of a framework of controls across claims to continually improve systems and processes in order to control the claims risk environment and ensure the technical and governance audit plan is completed; managing the MI and performance of suppliers.
You will be supporting appropriate Claims response to regulatory oversight, internal and external, including Lloyd’s minimum standards, Internal Audit, External Audit and FSA requirements.
The role predominantly focuses around the Lloyd’s and London Markets as well as the outsourced claims handling environment so this would be desirable. Experience of GI claims systems and procedures, as well as various market systems such as Atlas, Lineage and ECF would also be desirable.
