This award winning workplace pensions solutions provider are looking to hire an experienced pensions professional to head up their Professional Services team, which is broadly responsible for delivering additional income stream services to clients, and for the role out of employer service delivery improvements across the portfolio.
Your role will be to work closely with the Board and Senior Management teams to identify and deliver new income streams from the client portfolio for additional services provided, to develop and deliver both inward and outward facing projects providing improvements to the employer member experience, and to take responsibility for the management of the internal and external resource required for the delivery of these initiatives.
The organisation in question are in the midst of rolling out a number of exciting new initiatives, tools and services to clients, and have significant plans for further development of their client offering. The management of this and the development of additional revenue streams is going to require an individual who has extensive experience within the UK occupational pension industry, and also possesses the commerciality and credibility to be able to negotiate and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders alike.
Candidates will have likely operated at a Senior Manager level within a pension consulting environment and will have demonstrable experience of developing new client income streams whilst still delivering on day to day project initiatives.
