Exciting Opportunity: Head of Insurance Products – Join a Leading InsurTech Innovator!
We’re partnering with an established InsurTech company that’s at the forefront of innovation in the commercial insurance space. Our client is looking for a Head of Insurance Products to take the reins on developing new products from concept to launch across multiple distribution channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee the development of a diverse range of insurance products, ensuring they’re launched successfully and maximize distribution.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive strategy and ensure the growth of the product portfolio.
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team.
- Bring a visionary mindset, along with strong commercial acumen, to deliver products from idea to market.
- Take ownership of projects with a focus on innovation, automation, and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in insurance (commercial or personal lines) is essential.
- Proven experience in driving innovation and leading product development initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively and push projects to completion.
- A passion for creating and launching insurance products that break the mold!
