The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years client facing experience in the group risk and health market which must have been acquired with a leading consultancy. The role would suit someone frustrated by lack of personal opportunity and who is looking for the next step up. They will probably be a Graduate and part or fully professionally qualified with excellent presentation and communication skills.
