This boutique communications consulting firm are looking for an experienced Communication Consultant to join their small but incredibly highly regarded team. They are seeking an individual who knows about Pensions and can use their communication skills, ideas and creativity to transform the member experience.
The firm in question are a small creative agency with big ideas. Their core aim is to deliver clear, simple and creative communication for their clients, to help those clients’ employees make better decisions about their money and their work.
You’ll need to feel confident developing and delivering communication solutions for pension clients, and managing your own portfolio of clients means you will need to be able to juggle different demands and prioritise your work, as well as collaborating with your colleagues to manage workloads and share ideas.
Specifically you’ll be:
As mentioned above you’ll have a solid background in UK Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes, and will ideally have delivered communications specifically within this arena previously.
Experience of communicating with a variety of audiences is incredibly helpful, and this can include members, Trustees, Directors or internal stakeholders.
You’ll have experience of managing and running engagement projects or campaigns, either in-house or as a consultant and possess a desire to improve people’s understanding and willingness to engage with their retirement savings.
You will work as an integral part of a small team, who rely on each other for support, ideas and camaraderie, so being friendly and approachable and willing to roll up your sleeves to help with whatever needs doing, are all qualities which are greatly appreciated.
