    This workplace pensions specialist and Defined Contribution Master Trust provider are looking to bolster their DC management capacity by hiring DC Operations Analyst. Working alongside and as part of the DC team, your role will be to support the DC Contracts Manager in the management of the outsourced DC administration process, to collate, maintain and develop MI reports in support of the DC administration, and work alongside the wider DC team in support of new business tender and retention pitches.

    The full remit of the role will be wide and varied and will provide an opportunity for the successful individual to get involved and run ad hoc mini-projects supporting the delivery of DC services to their clients.

    Candidates must have a background in Trust Based Defined Contribution pension schemes, and will have likely worked in an analytical environment previously, so will be used to researching and collating data in support of ongoing service delivery and supporting growth where relevant.

    Candidates must also be comfortable in liaising with global service providers and managing multiple workstreams.

    The role may suit somebody who has already worked in an analytical role within DC pensions, or maybe even a really ‘switched on’ senior DC administrator who was looking to step up from day to day pension administration.
