Your role will involve understanding customer requirements and identifying the best solutions as well as being passionate with handling customer needs . As you will be the first point of customer contact you will been required to establish rapport and be comfortable dealing with inbound calls within a fast paced environment. A customer focused financial services background as well as strong communication skills are essential.
