We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global insurance broker, seeking an experienced Corporate Account Executive to join their growing team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished professional to manage key corporate accounts and be part of an industry-leading organisation.

The Role: As a Corporate Account Executive, you will oversee a portfolio of 4-5 high-value corporate clients, with a combined fee income of around £600k. The focus of the role is to maintain and develop existing relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery. Growth will be driven by the producers, so you will support business pitches but will not be responsible for generating your own referrals.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing corporate accounts with fee income between £25k and £100k
Supporting growth by attending client pitches and presentations, working closely with producers
Ensuring top-tier service and building strong relationships with clients
No new business targets – the focus is on growth from existing clients and maintaining a successful portfolio

The Ideal Candidate:

Corporate insurance background, with global experience being highly desirable
Proven experience managing accounts with fee income in the range of £25k to £100k
Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to support business development efforts
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
