We’re exclusively recruiting for a key leadership role within a well-established FCA-regulated business based in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. This company has built a strong reputation over the past 30 years, providing specialist insurance solutions to clients across healthcare, life sciences, and other niche sectors.
This opportunity is open to experienced professionals from any FCA-regulated background. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front – a natural people manager with the capability to implement effective processes, set meaningful KPIs, and drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, leading a small and capable team while also playing an active role in sales and client development. You’ll be responsible for embedding structure and consistency across the branch, supporting team development, and building strong client relationships.
This is much more than just an operational role – it’s about influence, direction, and driving results. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and lead by example in delivering exceptional service and commercial success.
