    A fantastic opportunity with a progressive brokerage who are looking to expand their office and hire multiple Commercial SME Account Executives.

    This role would be suitable for a candidate from a commercial SME background with a desire to move out of the office and into an Executive position. A hunger for sales is key, this is not a role for a candidate who is looking for an admin position, you will be in control of your own desire and therefore will need to have the right hunger and attitude to succeed.

    You will be a self-starter, someone who can get out to networking events, do some cold calling, and build your client base. Full support, insurer relationships, tools for the job and everything you will need will be supplied to you to ensure you succeed. But it will be down to you as an individual to make it work – the right attitude is key!

    To a degree, there will be warm leads via referrals and various online platforms, but you will earn your money by developing your own pipeline of clients and finding your niche. This could be in any area of commercial business, from sports clubs to manufacturers to construction. My client is open to where and how you build your book of business.

    This is an opportunity specifically for candidates with current insurance experience – Those without commercial lines / personal lines broking insurance experience will not be considered.
