    We are working with one of the largest P&C insurers in the world, who are seeking a Catastrophe MI Manager to head up a team of developers and take ownership of the full software development cycle. This a Global opportunity where you will be dealing with Stakeholders based worldwide.

    Managing a team you will provide technical mentoring for junior team members, drive key initiatives and projects, work alongside subject matter experts to improve existing products and develop new web applications. This role is very hands on and you will have the freedom to use technology of choice, so it is the perfect mix of being technical and managerial.

    The role would suit a Catastrophe Modelling individual who has experience of building and developing web applications. You will have a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience within a Catastrophe modelling role where you have had experience of software development, be a strong communicator with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people while having a solid understanding and proven experience in:

    • SQL Server, TSQL, including solid experience writing code
    • C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework
