1st / 2nd Line Support Technician working with a London Market Insurer based in the City. Working on the IT Helpdesk supporting across the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide 1st / 2nd to staff across applications, secure website access, video conferencing & presentations, remote desktop access, IP telephone, PC, laptop, tablet and mobile operation
  • Hardware Support for PC’s, laptops and printers
  • User Support and email set up for Mobile Devices, iPhone’s, iPad’s, Laptops
  • Basic server housekeeping Windows Server 2012 Exchange 2010 (new user creation, system monitoring, backups etc

Key skills required:

  • Excellent customer service in face-to-face, telephonic or electronic interaction with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 7,10 and Windows Server products
  • Good team player
