A specialist provider of life and protection products is seeking an experienced Team Manager for their sales operations team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the team, ensuring they are meeting service levels. Risk management and the mitigation of this is another major part of the role as is ensuring that a strong customer service focus is maintained.

There will be strong internal liaison with senior management and external parties including IFA's, corporate partners and third party agencies so excellent communication skills will be a necessity. This is a 3 month contract position starting as soon as possible due to an internal restructure. The reason for the position being offered on a contract basis is that they are undergoing a restructure and unsure if this role will be required once this is complete.
