Description:
Looking for the next step in your career? Are you an Insured Pensions Consultant?
As one of the largest global consulting groups in the world, my client has over 5,500 people working in over 60 offices in the UK. They deliver specialist solutions across a wide range of services enabling their clients to truly drive efficiency, profitability and growth. Their client portfolio ranges from FTSE 100 corporations to sole traders, and they have won major awards for the work they have carried out with such companies. Recently these have included the Global Pensions award for Pensions Administrator of the Year and Professional Pensions awards for the HR communications strategieswhich were created for their clients.
The employee benefits division are seeking a committed pensions professional, with lots of get up and go, for a Senior Consulting position in their Leeds & Manchester offices. You will be the key relationship owner for a locational portfolio of clients and thus required to increase revenue through management, retention and development, whilst maintaining development plans for strategic clients, liasing closely with local team members to ensure client commitments are met, and developing junior members of the team technically and commercially where possible.
A good understanding of employee benefits coupled with the relevant consultancy experience in pensions are necessary. This would be an ideal position for an ambitious and so far accomplished professional, who is keen to move into a senior position where they can continue to be challenged and take on more responsibility.
Remuneration packages are open to negotiation accordingly, and are highly competitive.
