Description:
This is an exceptional, newly created, role working within the in-house department for an instantly recognisable organisation. Due to increasing work load the pensions manager is finding it increasingly difficult to cover all aspects of their role in addition to the secretariat position, therefore this newly created position has become available.
Initially on a 6 month contract with the view to going permanent this is would provide the right person with a challenging, interesting and diverse role. You will provide full support to the trustee board, arranging trustee meetings, agendas and taking minutes, and ensure all action points are implemented. Involvement in the communications programme will be another major area of work, with newsletters, member meetings and the website.
To be successful you will have a strong working knowledge of money purchase and final salary pensions would be required. In addition experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and exceptional communication skills will be required. Experience of trustee or company secretariat is also a pre-requisite.
