An experienced childcare lawyer who will handle childcare legal work. This is
an immediate start vacancy.
To provide a professional advisory, litigation and advocacy service within an
area of expertise. To manage a caseload of legal matters, and attend court,
tribunal or public enquiry to present the council’s case. Candidate Profile ·
Good first degree · Solicitor or Barrister. Advocacy skills, · Knowledge of
relevant law. · Good interpersonal skills, · Ability to work on own
initiative. · Ability to absorb and cope with pressure Health and Safety
