Description:
A privately owned dynamic property company are urgently looking for an experienced debt recovery locum to assist them for up to six months. You will be responsible for setting up the recovery department and your main task will be ground rent recoveries and service charge debt. Ideally you will have ground rent recovery experience, however, if you have good debt recovery experience and have the right attitude then you could be succesful. You will be initially taken on on a fixed term contract but there is real potential for this role to go permanent.
