Description:
An experienced Operations or Call Centre Manager is required for an interim role with a multinational Insurer. You will be required to assist the Head of Operations in developing strategic aims and objectives, control and manage all personnel, training and improvement initiatives and to develop and implement sales and service strategies.
Extensive knowledge of managing a customer call centre is a pre-requisite along with experience of managing budgets, contracts and projects. Due to the urgency of the requirement, availability at short notice is also required.
