Description:
An Adult Social Care Solicitor is required to work for city council providing
locum cover on an interim basis for up to three months. The ideal candidate
will have previously worked in local government within Adult Services. You
must have a good knowledge of the Mental Health legislation and the current
Court of Protection along with experience of defending Judicial Reviews and
Coroners inquests. You will be working with one other adult social care
solicitor and have good communication skills and be a team player. There is
real potential this role could continue permanently.
