Description:
Your role within this well known insurance company is to ensure all customer service and administrative tasks are dealt with promptly, efficiently and effectively. You will handle client telephone calls responding directly to clients and engineers. You will also provide e-support to clients in addition to a full administrative service within the team. The department operates from 8.30am to 5.30pm so your hours will vary between - 8.30/4.30, 9/5 or 9.30/5.30. Additional duties include basic administration duties, including updating Coronet, post, filing and stationery. Finally team work is important and you may be required to provide cover in other areas of the business. Interviews to be held week commencing 22nd September 2008.
