This is a fantastic opportunity to join an independent business within newly opened Leeds Office.

As an account support administrator you will provide a key role supporting and assisting the Account Manager on a day to day basis.Reporting to the Operations Manager the role is to:

Provide administrative support to the Account ManagersLiaise with the Account Manager to deal with any basic policy queries and referrals from clients Produce monthly competitor analysis spreadsheetsEnsure account information files on the files are maintained and up to date. Prepare and deliver relevant MI to clients as required. Input and thorough testing of premium rates and commissions within the IT system. Assist with other related duties within the business as and when required.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills with good attention to detail, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint preferred but not essential. Achieves targets and deadlines. Able to prioritise. Manages own workload effectively. Can work under pressure. Displays a positive "can do" attitude.
