This is a key support role within an intimate function of a successful
insurance company.

Located within the heart of the Birmingham business district, this company
have a requirement for a professional and experienced secretary. The role
will involve providing a confidential secretarial and administrative service
to the regional leader and the local team of underwriters. This will involve
typing of correspondence, running reception, dealing with incoming and out
going post, handling all facilities issues, travel arrangements and health and
safety matters.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional services
environment. We would like to hear from experienced secretaries, PA’s and
administrators who are looking for a new challenge. Ideally you will be a
competent audio typist and be able to work with spreadseheets.
