This top 50 firm, very much an up and coming force, has a strong EPI practice and is looking for an additional Share Schemes Lawyer to bolster their team, ideally at around 4 years PQE. The practice advises on and helps to tailor the full range of Executive and Employee Incentive plans as well as supporting major transactions. The small but growing team has ambitious plans and this means that prospects for the right candidate should be outstanding.
