Description:
The pensions team of this international City law firm has a number of junior Assistants and two very senior lawyers, but lacks a mid-level Assistant and is seeking to fill this gap with a 3-4 year qualifed pensions specialist. Work is of the highest quality and includes national and international sales and acquisition work, approved, unapproved and executive provision, pension scheme mergers, Ombudsman & High Court litigation and some compliance work. In addition to advising on all aspects of UK pensions law, the firm's European network of offices means there is ample opportunity to become involved in international pension provision too. As a whole the firm recognises the contribution of the team and is keen to maintain its profile and expansion.
