Pensions Lawyer opportunity in the South West with a leading firm. Could be full or part time. As part of their continuing expansion, they are looking to hire an additional fee earner to support a highly rated partner and play a key role in the continued support of existing clients. They currently act for a client base of mainly SME's providing advice on all aspects of occupational pension schemes for employers and trustees, including interpretation of scheme rules and restructuring and closures of schemes. This role could be considered at a number of levels and the successful candidate really has a chance to develop their career in this field in a way that satisfies them. Training will be fully supported with particular emphasis on participation in the APL and on obtaining your APMI qualification if desired. NQ level candidates should ideally have experienced at least one seat in pensions or in a pensions/employee benefits team. More experienced candidates should have had exposure to pensions work either from a regional heavyweight or city firm, or within the industry.
