Description:
Great career opportunity for a current team leader or manager to co-ordinate the workflow, underwriting data and management of support staff for the Specialist Liability Underwriting teams of this Global Insurer. You will manage the underwriting assistants, and co-ordinate with senior underwriting management to ensure efficient and business/client focused operational support. You will delegate work throughout the team, manage day to day deadlines as well as driving project for business beneficial operational change to processes, procedures and best practices. You will need a confident and organised approach and be fully prepared to make justifiable changes and implement them through the division.
